Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account: your name, email, hashed password, and that you confirmed you are 18+. We do not keep your birth year.
• Practice chats: the messages you send and the AI's replies, the corrections, and your level and scene.
• Usage: how many replies you use per day, pages you visit on SayHao, and the website that sent you (no third-party ad trackers).
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We get your Stripe customer ID and subscription status, never your card number.

Who we share it with

• AI provider: to generate replies, your recent messages in that conversation are sent to Anthropic's Claude models, either directly or through Amazon Web Services (Amazon Bedrock). They process the data to provide the service.
• Stripe for payments, and our hosting provider (Amazon Web Services).
• We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

Your choices

You can ask us to export or delete your account and chats at any time through the contact form. Don't share sensitive personal information in practice chats.
